Search
Patients and their Primary Physicians can search for providers that are organized according to specific health conditions, expertise, geography, availability, and value. Search results are also emendated based on whether the patient fits the target profile of providers.

Refer
GTC’s comprehensive referral services allow the primary physician to refer a patient for prescribed treatment and stay connected with the treatment providers throughout the cycle of care.

Communicate
GTC’s platform enables the primary physician to:

	Instruct:	Add specific treatment instructions to the referral
	Monitor:	Monitor the patients progress
	Authorize:	Approve or deny a requests
	Confer:	Confer with the patient's care team

Payment
